    My heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful person staffing the self service checkout circa 10:00 am Thursday 27 September 2018.


    When I returned home after shopping at Coles I realized I had lost my purse. In a faint hope of recovering my purse I returned to the store whereby I was greeted with a warm smile and a lovely woman who handed me my purse saying, "I was waiting for your return". I should also add there was over $100 in the purse. Isn't it wonderful there are such nice people happy to assist an elderly man who is getting somewhat forgetful. I can't be more grateful and give full praise to all the staff at Coles.

    It only has two disability parks out front of Coles. Easy to navigate your way through the store. Polite cashier.
